There are three types of labels; please carefully choose the correct label for your material.
All chemical waste in laboratories must have the chemical waste label for labs applied to the container. Please make sure the date is applied to the container when waste is first added to it.
Waste in non-laboratory areas must have either the hazardous waste label or the non-hazardous waste label depending on what is in the waste. The training helps the generator of the waste determine whether or not it is hazardous waste. Do not apply the date to these labels.
