Coed First-Year and Upper-Class Residence Hall
Arkansas Hall is a coed first-year and upper-class residence hall home to 175 students. This suite-style building is furnished with wooden twin size beds, dresser, desks, and desk chair. Students can rearrange the furniture in their rooms to suit their personal preference. The twin sized beds can be adjusted to different positions to allow students to choose a traditional arrangement or one that gives them more floor space. Ethernet ports are provided in each bedroom. Arkansas Hall offers a central kitchen, spacious main lobby, study lounges, and laundry/vending room. Arkansas Hall is located near the Red W.O.L.F. Recreation Center.
Graduate and NYITCOM Apartments
The Circle apartments consists of 4 separate three story buildings for graduate students and has card-based access to the building and apartment with key access to the bedrooms. Students live in one or two bedroom units with each bedroom having a walk-in closet and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. Residents in a 2 bedroom unit will be assigned a roommate except for those cases where payment is made for the entire apartment unit. Bedrooms will contain a full sized bed, dresser, desk and chair. Living rooms are furnished with a couch, chair, and coffee table and end tables. The Circle apartments come with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Each apartment has its own private balcony/patio. Rent in The Circle apartments includes all breaks; thus residents of these units will have access to their rooms during fall, winter, and spring breaks.
Collegiate Park is nestled within the landscaped beauty of the north side of campus, this peaceful community contains two bedroom/two bathroom, two bedroom/one bathroom, and four bedroom/two bathroom flats and townhouses configurations. Bedrooms are furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and dresser. Living room furniture includes a coffee table, either a love seat or couch, and chair. Kitchens are furnished with a refrigerator and electric stove. All utilities, cable, and wireless internet are included in the rent. A centrally located clubhouse with a multi-purpose room, laundry, sand volleyball court and a barbecue pavilion make our 334 bedroom complex complete. Collegiate Park is located north of the Student Union/Parking Garage.
Arkansas State University’s Greek Village is composed of five houses each accommodating a sorority. The following Greek organizations have a sorority house: Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Zeta, and Zeta Tau Alpha. Each two story house includes a large chapter room, television lounge, kitchen, and laundry. Twenty sorority women who are at least sophomore status reside in each house. Rent includes all utilities, cable, as well as hardwired and wireless internet access. The Greek Village is located along Aggie Road in close proximity to the Red W.O.L.F. Recreation Center.
Honors Living-Learning Community
First-year and Upper-class Residence Hall
Honors Living-Learning Community (HLLC) is home to 323 Honors College students. Both first year and upper-class students live and learn together in the four residential buildings and classroom building. A first year student can expect to share a room with another first year student. First year student rooms include two twin size beds, two desks, two chairs, and two Ethernet ports. Upper-class students are assigned to private bedrooms each containing a full sized bed, dresser, study desk, and chair. Two bedrooms share a bathroom. Several study lounges are available for private or group study. HLLC is located near the Fowler Center.
First Year Residence Hall
Kays Hall is an 11-story high rise housing 455 first year students in suite-style accommodations. This coeducational residence hall houses males and females on different wings with card access to the building as well as to wings. Each bedroom has a sink, a large dresser, two twin size beds, two study desks, and two desk chairs. Two Ethernet ports are provided in each bedroom. The main lobby features a large screen television and pool table. Residents have access to five comfortable lounges (complete with microwaves), a central kitchen, and laundry/vending rooms. Kays is located on the northeast corner of the campus.
First-Year Residence Hall - Buildings 4 and 5

Northpark Quads (NPQ) accommodates 836 students in five separate residential buildings. NPQ also includes a Community Building with a laundry, kitchen, meeting rooms, and administrative offices. Students live in four bedroom two bath suites. Each suite includes a living room and kitchenette. Each bedroom includes a twin size bed, night stand, study desk, chair, dresser, and wireless internet. Living rooms are furnished with a couch and coffee table. NPQ is located between the Baptist Campus Ministry and First National Bank Arena.

Red Wolf Den
Red Wolf Den (RWD) is one of A-State's apartment complexes, housing 189 students. Apartments are fully furnished with full sized beds, dressers, night stands, couches, coffee tables, refrigerators, electric stoves, garbage disposals, dishwashers, study desks, and chairs. Students are able to select one of the following apartment styles: two bedrooms/one bathroom, three bedrooms/one bathroom, and four bedroom/ two bathrooms units. All utilities, cable, and internet are included in the rent. RWD residents have access to the Commons Building containing the laundry, multi-purpose room, kitchen, and reception desk. RWD is located near First National Bank Arena.

The ROTC Living Learning Community houses 50 Reserve Officers’ Training Corp cadets dedicated to improving leadership and unit cohesion. First year and returning students live in this three story suite style community. Students may select either two bedrooms – one bathroom or four bedrooms – two bathrooms configurations. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, study desk, chair, night stand, and Ethernet port. Students have access to a multi-purpose room, on site laundry, lounges, and study rooms. The ROTC Living Learning Community is located on Danner Avenue.
Upper-class Residence Hall
Students majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline may elect to live in the STEM Den Community. These highly motivated students live in one of 50 private bedrooms in this suite style accommodation. Students may select either two bedrooms – one bathroom or four bedrooms – two bathrooms configurations. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, a desk, a chair, a night stand, and Ethernet port. The multipurpose room includes a smart board. Each floor has two study lounges. A full size kitchen can be found on the first floor. STEM Den is located near the Red W.O.L.F. Recreation Center.

University Hall accommodates 300 female students. This five-story suite style building has a laundry/vending room, and central kitchen. Graduate and Non-Traditional Housing
The Village is available for married students with or without children, single parents, graduate students and non-traditional undergraduates who are 26 years of age. The Village consists of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit has one bathroom and is furnished with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, central heat and air unit, and bar. Each apartment has an Ethernet port in each bedroom and living room. All utilities, local phone, and cable are included in The Village rent. Children have access to The Village playground. Some apartments have washer/dryer connections, for others, laundry is available.
