Biography

Christy Brinkley directs the Office of Behavioral Research & Evaluation (OBRE) and the Center for Community Engagement (CCE).  With over 20 years of experience, Christy leads the office in working with local-, regional-, and state-partners to develop, evaluate, and improve their projects and initiatives.  Christy earned an Ed.S. degree in Psychology & Counseling with an emphasis in School Psychology from A-State, and has extensive experience in program evaluation, research methodology, statistics, and psychometrics.  When not working on the many projects of OBRE & CCE, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, Phillip, and sons, Carson and Hayden.
