Lecture Concert Series
The Lecture-Concert Series serves Arkansas State University and the surrounding communities in bringing to the A-State campus notable guest speakers and performers of diverse backgrounds and wide appeal. Many of the Lecture-Concert Series events include additional activities on the A-State campus as well as community outreach projects that enhance the quality of life and culture within and beyond the bounds of our university. As in the past, all our events are free and open to the public.

Summer Camps
Our A-State Music summer camps are wonderful opportunities for junior high and high school students to continue their music study during the summer. Offerings in the past have included a Choir Camp, Double Reed Camp, and the Delta Jazz Workshop.
DELTA JAZZ WORKSHOP
July 12-15, 2023The A-State Delta Jazz Workshop is an intensive five day experience in jazz for students interested in improving their ability to play in jazz ensembles and to improvise solos. DJW is open to any music student entering grades 8-12 in Fall 2022 as well as to recent high school graduates. Cost of attendance is $240.
