A-State SBTDC to Present “Government Contracting” Seminar

JONESBORO — The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) and the College of Business at Arkansas State University will present a seminar, “Government Contracting: The First Steps,” Thursday, March 24, from 1-3 p.m., at the Delta Center for Economic Development, 319 University Loop Circle, on the A-State campus. The cost is $40.

The Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center (APAC) will offer help for businesses to acquire government contracts. The seminar will cover the basics of government contracting and how to receive funding. Businesses interested in obtaining contracts could include those owned by women, veterans, minorities and more.

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at Arkansas State University is a partnership of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock College of Business and Arkansas State University College of Business.
