What is Career Choice?
Amazon’s Career Choice program is an education benefit that empowers Amazon employees to learn new skills for career success. As a proud educational partner of Amazon’s Career Choice program, Arkansas State is helping train their eligible employees to prepare them for higher-paying, in-demand jobs.
How much does the Career Choice benefit cover?
Full-time employees are eligible for a maximum benefit of $5,250 per calendar year with no lifetime maximum. Part-time employees are eligible for a benefit o $2,625 per calendar year with no lifetime maximum. The employee is responsible for any amount over their maximum benefit.

Apply to A-State
Visit this page, answer a few questions to be routed to the right application, create an account and complete the online web forms. Look for the checkbox to identify as an Amazon employee for an application fee waiver.

Enroll in Classes
Once admitted, you can register for classes through our Self Service portal. A complete guide to registration can be found on the Registrar's website.

Submit a Claim to Amazon for Payment
Visit the Amazon A to Z portal and submit your information. Amazon will confirm your information with A-State and submit payment directly to the university.
