Cell biology routines at ABI are supported by six laboratories equipped for the work with primary and differentiated cells of human and rodent origin, under BSL2 conditions. A sort of instrument including biological safety cabinets, CO2 incubators backed up by automatic gas tank switchers, upright and inverted microscopes with brightfield/fluorescence capacities, and cell counters are part of this facility.
