Initiative 1: Energy Conservation Plan, Convocation Center
Summary: Investment in boiler replacement to reduce natural gas and electricity consumption

Total Savings: $29,996 / annually
Initiative 2: Energy Conservation Plan, Math & Science
Summary: Investment in boiler replacement to reduce natural gas and electricity consumption
Status: Implemented
Total Savings: $8291 / annually
Initiative 3: Energy Conservation Plan, Lighting Library Upgrade
Summary: Replacement of inefficient fixtures with low-consumption fixtures
Status: Implemented
Total Savings: $16,265 / annually
Initiative 4: In-house temporary staffing
Summary: Temporary staffing agencies charge a service fee of approximately 28%. By operating its own temporary staffing program, these fees will reduce the costs of temporary labor.
Status: Under Review
Total Savings: $161,000 / annually
