Events and Workshops

One way that the Wilson Counseling Center seeks to serve students is to provide informative outreach, workshops, and events. No initial intake is needed for event participation, though some may require registration where noted. Follow us on social media for up to date information!

    Prioritizing You: Self-Care

    We're told to take care of ourselves, but what does that mean? We'll talk about ways to improve your self-care and make time for doing it! 

    Managing Your Anxiety

    Anxiety affects everyone from time to time, and some more than others. We'll be diving into what anxiety is, how to recognize its effects, and steps you can take to start managing it. 

    T.E.A. Party

    Think Encouraging Affirmations! Our thoughts impact our stress, productivity, and follow through. Join us for TEA as an analogy and for some literal tea as well. 

    Brain Break

    Drop in for a "brain break" and enjoy some time to experience the power of play. We're having fun and taking it easy!
