Resident Assistants serve as a resource for residents from 5pm – 8:00am Monday – Friday and 24 hours Saturday/Sunday. Should you need assistance between 8a-5p Monday – Friday please call the University Housing Office at 870-972-2042 or visit your community desk.
Please call the RA on duty if you have an emergency, are locked out, or have an emergency work order. Emergency work orders consist of: no heat/air, major leak, flood, fire, etc. All other work order needs should be submitted using the work order link.
