Research Interests
Dr. Leigh's research interests explore social justice initiatives through intersectional approaches to feminist studies, while forging connections between bodily rhetorics, food studies, antiracist activism, and composition pedagogies. Her forthcoming book and published essays delve into representations of women, and she has published articles on anti-racist pedagogy in The Journal of Teaching Writing and the Cultural Studies journal Lateral.
