Biography
Dr. Jeongmin Oh, Assistant Professor of Public Administration, is dedicated to transforming tangible support into actionable strategies to address the intricate challenges that both citizens and the government face. He delves deeply into the psychological and administrative barriers encountered by public service users when accessing services, and critically assesses the merits and limitations of utilizing technological innovations for public service access.
From the government's perspective, Dr. Oh is unwavering in his commitment to understanding and fostering work environments that ensure government employees sustain their dedication to public service, free from feelings of overwhelm or frustration, all while aiming for policy success. Before joining Arkansas State University, Dr. Oh served as a First Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Army, conducting security operations as a platoon leader at the General Outpost (GOP) along the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
