The Women and Gender Studies minor offers interdisciplinary perspectives on the formation and power dynamics of gender and its intersections with sexuality, race, class, nationality, religion, and age. Questions are addressed within the context of a transnational world and from diverse disciplinary perspectives from history, sociology, criminology, literary and cultural studies, political science, communications, and the fine arts.
Please consult with your advisor if you plan on pursuing a minor in Women and Gender Studies.
