Arkansas State University offers a variety of academic programs through a dual-delivery hybrid format to all students of Snow College that have graduated with their associate’s degree. The dual-delivery hybrid program gives students a flexible way to achieve a bachelor’s degree without leaving their home. The dual-delivery hybrid programs offers a mixture of online classes that are conducted live through platforms like Zoom or WebEx, and courses that are on-demand with assignments via Blackboard and other asynchronous delivery. Our cost of the program is cheaper than any of the surrounding colleges in the Utah market.

Transfer Scholarship
Apply for admissions by July 15 for Fall and December 15 for Spring if you are Transfer Scholarship eligible. No scholarship application. Must have 3.25 GPA and hold an Associate’s degree at the minimum. $4000 is awarded annually as long as requirements are met.
