A-State Honors 52 Faculty Members who Have Celebrated Milestones of Service
JONESBORO – Faculty members at Arkansas State University who have achieved milestone years of service were honored this week during Faculty Honors Convocation.
The university honors those who have reached milestone years starting at 10 and following a quinquennial pattern.
The following faculty members were honored for the 2024-2025 academic year:
40 years: Dr. Mark Draganjac, professor, chemistry; Dr. Melodie Philhours, associate professor, marketing; Dr. Bert Greenwalt, professor, agricultural economics; Dr. Ernesto Lombeida, associate professor, Spanish.
35 years: Dr. Christopher Brown, professor, economics; Dr. Jerry Ball, professor, English; Dr. William Paulsen, professor, mathematics; Dr. Lillie Fears, professor, multimedia journalism.
30 years: Dr. John Seydel, professor, information systems and business analytics; Dr. Eric Cave, professor, philosophy; Tracy White, associate professor, medical imaging and radiation sciences; Dr. William Burns, associate professor, chemistry, and department chair.
