While many see online students as disconnected, many A-State Online graduates like Emily Still made the same type of life-long connections with classmates and chose to don her cap and gown to participate in commencement.

Chris Masingill, federal co-chairman of the Delta Regional Authority, today commended members of Arkansas State University's spring graduating class for overcoming their challenges of life and completing a university education.
