Spring Commencement will be Saturday, May 8, at Centennial Bank Stadium
JONESBORO – Arkansas State University today announced Spring Commencement will be Saturday, May 8, beginning at 10 a.m.
Like the ceremonies last year, Spring Commencement will be in Centennial Bank Stadium, but final determinations on family seating will be made later this semester.
While graduating students will be asked soon to confirm their decision to walk, the need for tickets for family and friends attending in the stadium stands will be determined in early April based on the state of emergency within the state.
A-State’s standard clear bag policy will be in effect, however, two notable exceptions will be made. Outside food and drink will be allowed (but no glass containers). Also, umbrellas will be permitted.
For those who cannot attend in person, live streaming of the commencement ceremonies will be available online.
In case of inclement weather, the alternate date is the following day, Sunday, May 9, beginning at 1 p.m.
