Proxy is a feature in Self Service that allows students to designate specified people to have access to view certain records online. These records currently include student account information, emergency contacts, holds, grades, and academic transcripts. Students and proxies will find more information listed below about this feature.
Note: This feature does not replace the Student Consent Form for Access which allows some level of access for parents, guardians, etc. in person when speaking to staff and faculty members. That form will still need to be completed and submitted for in-person access, if it has not been completed previously by the student.
