Biography

Beth McGee received her Associate’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University.  After receiving her RN, she began working in Critical Care, and from there went to the Float Pool, where she has gained experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, Intermediate Care, and Acute Rehab, as well as Adult and Geriatric Mental Health.  Beth began her teaching career at Arkansas State University in 2015 as Adjunct Faculty for the Associate’s Degree program on the Mountain Home campus.  She has also worked as RN Clinical Instructor for North Arkansas College and the ARNEC program at Ozarka College.  After graduating with her Master’s degree, she began her full-time position as Assistant Professor of Nursing at Arkansas State University in 2020.  Beth has previously taught Fundamentals of Nursing Practicum, Health Assessment Practicum, and Critical Care Clinical Practicum.
