Bomb Threat Received on Campus

Overnight, A-State received a bomb threat against the Dean B. Ellis Library and the Reng Student Union. Police and K-9 units are working to clear the buildings so they can return to normal operations. Over the past week, the Jonesboro E-911 center has received an unusually high number of swatting reports, but in the name of campus safety, we take these threats very seriously.

Please avoid the area around these buildings until police officials have released an all-clear.
