Coed First-Year Residence Hall
Kays Hall is located on Dean Street just a short walk from the Reng Student Union. Kays is home to first-year males and females on different wings of the eleven-story building. Kays Hall requires card access to enter the building as well as to enter the separate wings of each floor. Kays is a made up of suite-style living quarters, and for the 2022-2023 academic year there are many single room options. The single room would provide a student the opportunity to have their own room with a shared bathroom space. The main lobby features a large screen television, ping pong, air hockey and pool table. The residents of Kays Hall have access to a spacious main lobby, floor lounges, a central kitchen, a first floor laundry room, and a newly renovated lounge space on the 2nd floor.

Each room includes an accessible bedroom thermostat, two Twin XL beds, a 10 drawer dresser, an extra long desk, two chairs, a sink, and a closet with shelving.
