Non-Traditional Student, Faculty, and Staff Housing
The Village houses non-traditional undergraduates, married students with or without children, single parents, graduate students, and those who are 23 years of age or older. This community consists of 191 apartments on the campus of Arkansas State University.

Each apartment consists of individual bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, laundry machines (in select apartments), a kitchen, and a private balcony/patio.
All units at the Village are not furnished.
