North Park Quads

Co-ed Upper-Class and First-Year Residence Halls

North Park Quads is located on University Loop East just steps away from a newly added campus store. NPQ is comprised of five co-ed buildings which are home to first-year and upper-class students. NPQ requires card access to enter each building. NPQ is a made up of suite-style living quarters that accommodates students in a four bedroom, two bathroom suite. Each suite includes a furnished living room and kitchenette. The NPQ community includes a central building laundry room, outdoor lounge seating, and the campus store. The NPQ Office is located across from the campus store in NPQ Building 3.

Four Bedroom/Two Bathroom Suite

Description

Each suite has four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. Each room side of the suite includes an accessible thermostat. Each room contains a Twin XL bed, dresser, desk, chair, and a closet with shelving.
